About Us

Everyone is talking about change these days, for good reason.  We all pursue change from our hectic, hurried lives.  We enjoy a sense of community where we work and live, the charm of simplicity, and value from our hard-earned dollar.  Indeed, we at Beale Street Grill intend to provide a pleasant change for you!

My name is Kevin Sheridan.  My partner, Patrick Blinn, and I decided to open Beale Street Grill with this in mind.  Our goal is to build a genuine neighborhood restaurant that is reasonably priced for people who know and appreciate good food.  We want to know you and offer you a refined casual dining establishment you can call your own.  We will provide delicious food and an entertaining atmospere so you will return often for prompt, friendly service and our unique American cuisine.

A little more about us:  For the past several years Patrick was executive chef at Agrodolce, one of the best-reviewed restaurants in northern Montgomery County.  I've been in restaurant management for most of my career and we believe it will be hard for you to find a better combination of culinary talent and unwavering dedication to delivering real customer value.

So, the next time you are in the neighborhood, please stop by and introduce yourself, have a cold drink and enjoy one of Patrick's specialties.  The time has come for change.  Make Beale Street Grill your place.

                                                   Sincerely,

                                                   Kevin Sheridan
